![]() Another thing we noticed is that the rooms needed soundproofing. My hamburger was about $10, and her fish and chips was about $14. My daughter had the fish and chips, which she found covered with way too much breading but as a person who generally doesn't eat cole slaw, she found theirs quite good. I had the make-your-own burger option with grass-fed beef, Swiss cheese and grilled mushrooms with French fries as a side it was terrific. The food in the dining room was excellent. ![]() ![]() The water pressure was low, and there was a computer for guests to use in the lobby that wasn't operational. The room had two desks but no refrigerator or microwave. I had some leg problems so I really appreciated that the room had only a shower and not a tub. We loved the covered parking, and the bed was the best we'd had slept on during our adventures in Northern California and after staying in four other hotels. Oh, how the map made it look so close-30 minutes by car. We wanted a place to stay near Redwoods State Park so we chose this hotel.
